HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY

We believe our flag is more than just cloth and ink. It is a universally recognized symbol that stands for liberty, and freedom. It is the history of our nation, and it’s marked by the blood of those who died defending it.

We would like to thank all our vets who died and sacrificed for our freedom. We also want to honor especially those who have served to protect our freedom and now are a part of Marine Transport, Coastwide Express, and CSNJ family.

Marine Transport Statement Concerning Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As global concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, we’re doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace while also minimizing disruptions to our day-to-day operations.

As our employees interact with customers and the general public, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. We have put restrictions on travel, postponed corporate events, limited meeting sizes, provided remote-work solutions, and continue to reinforce safe behavior on the road, in the workplace, and at home.

We are in continuous communication with our staff reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with health education and support whenever needed. Employees who feel ill have been instructed not report to work and we have specific quarantine and communication procedures in place should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19 or is asked to self-isolate by a public health authority, and to provide comprehensive benefits to support them.

We have been investing in equipment, expanding our capacity, and implementing procedures to meet the growing demands of our industry, and this includes having in place the necessary contingency plans to ensure service continuity for our customers. We will continue to monitor the news and any reports or requirements from the CDC and local, state and federal governments. Our focus, dedication, and support are unwavering as we navigate these unique times. We hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy.

As always, thank you for being a customer and for your continued trust as we manage through this time together.

    Sincerely,

    Robert Castelo

    President, Marine Transport
